Blūm Community Guidelines

The Blūm Community exists so nobody has to figure out the GLP-1 journey alone. Every question you have, someone here has lived. Keep it that way by following these guidelines.

What this space is

A place to share your experience, ask questions, celebrate wins, and support people at every stage of the journey. Peer support from people on the same road.

What this space is not

Medical advice. Nothing posted in the Community, by anyone, is a substitute for your provider. Members can share what happened to them. They cannot tell you what to do with your medication. Dosing decisions, side effect concerns, and treatment changes belong with your prescriber.

The rules

Be kind. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or personal attacks. Disagree with ideas, not people.

No medical advice. Share your experience in first person. Do not tell other members to change their dose, skip doses, stack medications, or ignore their provider.

No buying or selling. No sourcing, selling, trading, or linking to medication sources of any kind. Posts asking where to obtain medication outside a licensed provider will be removed.

No promotion of disordered behavior. Content that encourages extreme restriction, misuse of medication for rapid results, or harmful body comparison will be removed.

Respect privacy. Do not post anyone’s personal information, photos, or health details without their consent. What people share here stays here.

Keep it honest. No spam, scams, impersonation, or misinformation presented as fact.

Keep it legal and appropriate. No sexual content, graphic content, or anything that violates the law or Apple’s App Store terms.

Reporting and blocking

Every post and every profile has a report option. Reports go to our moderation team and are reviewed promptly. You can also block any member, which removes their content from your feed and prevents them from interacting with you. Both tools are available directly in the app.

Enforcement

We remove content that violates these guidelines. Depending on severity, violations can result in a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Community. Buying and selling medication, harassment, and posting others’ private information are grounds for immediate removal.
