The medication works. But nobody tells you what to do between doses.

GLP-1 prescriptions don’t come with a playbook. Between appointments, it’s hard to know what habits actually matter.

Blūm connects your medication with the daily habits that drive real progress.

Watch your progress bloom

Bud

Your medication cycle is active, and the day starts with potential. As you begin completing daily habits, energy starts building on the activity side of your score.

Opening

As more daily actions are completed, the activity arc begins to fill. The flower opens slightly, showing the first signs of alignment between medication and habits.

Blooming

With both arcs filling through the day, your flower continues to open. Medication levels and daily actions are now working together to drive meaningful progress.

Full Bloom

When medication levels remain active and your daily habits are complete, the flower reaches full bloom, showing a day where everything worked together.

Your GLP-1 companion app

Know where your medication is. Know what your body needs. Every day of your cycle.

What exactly is Blūm?

Blūm is a companion app built specifically for people on GLP-1 medications: semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide, and compounded formulations. It connects your medication with the daily habits that influence how well your treatment works: protein, hydration, sleep, movement, and calorie balance. It’s the layer of support that sits between your prescriber and your daily life.

Is Blūm a medical app?

No. Blūm is an educational and habit-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace your healthcare provider. The medication modeling uses published pharmacokinetic data to provide an estimate of your active drug levels. It is designed for personal awareness, not clinical decision-making. Always consult your provider about your treatment plan.

How is Blūm different from MyFitnessPal / Noom / other health apps?

Most health apps are general purpose. They weren’t designed for the specific needs of someone on a GLP-1. Blūm models your estimated medication levels, tracks the five habits most relevant to GLP-1 outcomes, and gives you a single score and visual (the Flower) that ties your medication and daily effort together. When your medication levels are high, you need less from your habits. As levels drop, your habits carry more of the weight. No other app adjusts to your cycle like that. It also includes GLP-1-specific features like side effect tracking, injection site mapping, provider-ready reports, and an AI trained on over 100 GLP-1 articles. If you’ve tried to make a generic calorie tracker work for your GLP-1 journey, you already know why Blūm exists.

How does the Blūm Score work?

Your Blūm Score combines two things: an estimate of your active medication levels and points earned from daily habits that complement and boost your medication. The medication estimate is modeled on published pharmacokinetic data specific to your drug and dose, and updates automatically. The habit side is earned across five categories: protein, hydration, sleep, movement, and calorie balance. When your estimated medication levels are high, you need fewer habit points to reach 100%. As levels drop between doses, your habits carry more of the weight. Hit 100% and your flower is in full bloom. It resets every morning, so each day is a fresh start.

How does food logging work?

Three options. Snap a photo of your meal and let Blūm’s AI estimate the nutritional breakdown. Search for foods manually. Or use voice logging, just tell Blūm what you ate and it handles the entry for you. Most users find photo and voice logging fastest.

What are Pods?

Pods are small accountability groups inside Blūm, typically 3 to 8 people. You can create one with friends or join one with other GLP-1 users at a similar stage. The goal is simple: everyone aims for 100% on their Flower each day. You see each other’s scores, celebrate streaks, and stay accountable as a team.

What is Lifestyle Mode?

Lifestyle Mode is for people who are transitioning off their medication. It removes the medication arc from your Flower and keeps all the habit tracking tools active, so the routines that drove your results continue without the prescription. The whole point of Blūm is that the habits are what make the medication work, and they’re what keep your results after you stop.

Does Blūm work with my specific medication?

Blūm supports semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, and compounded GLP-1 formulations. The pharmacokinetic modeling adjusts based on your specific medication and dose.

Can I import my data from another app?

Yes. Blūm supports data import so you don’t lose the progress you’ve already tracked. If you’re switching from another tracker, your history comes with you.

Is my data private?

Your health data stays on your device and is never sold to third parties. Community features like Pods and the social feed only share your Blūm Flower status, not your underlying health data, unless you explicitly choose to share more.

How much does Blūm cost?

Blūm offers a free 7-day trial so you can experience the full app before committing. After that, it’s a monthly or annual subscription. Check the App Store listing for current pricing.

Is Blūm on Android?

Not yet. Blūm is currently iOS only. Android is on the roadmap.
